The American pop star Rhianna has thanked her fans for supporting her after an incident with her boyfriend Chris Brown. The couple had a big argument a few hours before Rihanna was expected to sing at the Grammy Awards ceremony.
Police in Los Angeles went to the incident on February the 8th, and Rhianna told them what happened. The police then said that they wanted to speak to Brown, and the next day he went to the police station. The police let him go on $50,000 bail.
There are now photos on the internet which show the singer with injuries and blood on her face, but Rhianna said she the Los Angeles Police Department have asked her not to speak about the incident. Rihanna said: "I want to tell my fans that I am strong, I am well, and thank you for the support I have received during this difficult time".
